Hurt’s Consulting was founded by Iris D. Hurt, Ed.S., an educator with over 20 years of experience as a teacher, principal, curriculum specialist, and district-level Chief of Elementary Education. Throughout her career, Iris has implemented proven strategies that strengthen instruction, build teacher capacity, and raise student achievement.

After seeing firsthand that educators thrive when given the right support, Iris created Hurt’s Consulting to bring effective coaching, practical modeling, and results-driven professional development to schools. Her work is rooted in real classroom experience and a track record of measurable impact.
