Founder & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

With more than 20 years in education, Iris D. Hurt is a respected instructional leader known for her expertise in reading and ELA consulting, teacher coaching, school improvement, and early childhood development. She is also a certified ACT trainer in Reading and English, bringing specialized knowledge that strengthens elementary, secondary literacy and college-readiness skills.

Iris has served as an assistant principal, principal, and district-level administrator, giving her a clear understanding of what teachers and leaders need to build strong instructional systems. She brings a proven track record of helping schools develop confident educators, implement effective practices, and create environments where all students can thrive.
